Vienna is one of the most beloved and famous capitals in Europe and fascinates its visitors with a mixture of art, history, music, tradition and innovation. The Viennese Waltz, the dancing balls, the old-fashioned coffeehouses, the "Fiaker" coaches and the many wine taverns... all these are living traditions in the green city on the Danube river. The Schnitzel, Tafelspitz or the Sacher cake are culinary spacialities known all over the world! Numerous parks and gardens offer the chance for relaxing promenades; from spring to autumn you can swim or do water sports in public outdoor pools or on the resorts by the Danube. In the evening enjoy a cocktail at the little beach-bars with real sand and summer feeling along the canals close by the old town.

The city offers 120 museums who roam from art to science or more curious topics, like the coffin factory, the tobacco museum or the wax exposition. For who loves music there is a great variety of concert halls, operas or theaters, messes and sacral music in different churches.
